Ok. We will all eventually get put on the list.  The first time is anxiety filled and the 30th time is ugh "what's new"? But what is more annoying than being put on the list for the minimum amount?  When you put someone on the list you want them to know that they pissed someone off and you're giving them the proverbial "middle finger".  For example, when I get an 8B bounty I don't really care; it's purely annoying.  When someone puts a 300B bounty on me I pay attention. I ask myself, "Who did I hit?" and know that others will be gunning for my bounty at every chance they get.  Another example, MobsterFamily had min bounties placed on him for 2 weeks straight.  It annoyed him and slowed down his lvling process because of his defense. 

The question here is, when you place a bounty do you go for the min or max amount and why?

i do min just because i know how easy it is to get off the list you could spend 100s of billions on me and i pretty much guarantee ill be off the list in under an hour so its a waste to spend anymore then needed

Azulal, I agree.  I had a 1.6b bounty last night.  I don't even pay attention to those, cause we are all high enough leveled that that amount does not interest anyone (we all make too much money).  I had 1 attempt in 12 hours and that player, I think lost. I was attacked multiple times, but no one wanted that bounty.  I know there is some kind of method that ups your min bounty (i think 1shot or someone was calculating it in another thread).  I wish AS came up with a min bounty off of your level versus how many times you have been on it/died.  That would make it more interesting.  Maybe I'll post that on the Nazi forum and see what the mod's say.

That's what I'm talking about! If i get put up for 8B I could care less and so could any other would be collector. But with 100B on my head people begin to notice.

Yeah, I'm a whimp @ bounties sometimes.  Mostly on ML.  I usually give them to a couple friends who need the numbers boost.  

On UL, my Overlord is pretty self-sufficient. Yesterday I was wanted by 4 "Courts"  (more like three covens and 1 pack) to the tune of 13.3b (which is pretty big @ level 33) and I spent most of the day at full health with only 4 takers, 3 of whom lost.  I know this will change, but I'm enjoying it while it lasts.  My minimum bounty down here is 3.3m(!) and I actually think that is more of an insult than anything.  Woe be it for the player that kills me over 3.3m!

I'm not gonna lie but I prefer the min bounties . Since I like defending my bounties tje smaller ones don't get as much attention and I can defend more easily.

I don't know how 1shot defends at night . I had one in MOM over night and was setting alarms and with like an hour or two to go I must have just fell into a deep sleep and never re-set any alarms . Woke up sleeping on my phone and dead in MOM. Oh well
y stats are getting worse and worse. Well at least my min bounty goes up now!

The lowball bounties are annoying and clutter the eligible list.

However I wouldn't say anything to Aftershock...they've screwed the limits in the past and anything they touch they screw up more.

If they controlled the thermostat in your house it would be either 100 degrees plus or below zero, no in between, I think they input their code with hammers.

Did you expect any better from a company that gives their employees RC's as hiring bonus'?

Pre-reset, I remember trying to bounty teenwolftoo after he had taken me for like 150b while I was asleep.  I had bountied him a few days before before for a couple hundred billion, then all of a sudden the bounty limits changed and his minimum was like 14t!  That put a damper on my revenge.

I agree with Tompat, best not to bring this up to Aftershock.  I'm having fun putting Caracciolo on perma-bounty @ ML with 1 hour of profits until he learns his lesson.  I'd hate to have to spend more.

I often get listed for minimum but I've learnt not to underestimate the slayers, if they want a kill they go for whoever no matter what the bounty amount is.

However...I've also learnt that when I post ppl, I don't get good enough a result if I only pay the minimum, I need to spend 10B and up if I really want someone killed (provided they're not good at or used to hiding below 20 health).

@j.blaze- you've killed me as well as helped keep me low and as the last option of the poll states "i don't sleep and i have a stopwatch around my neck" and i do! but seriously, i do my best to not give out the shots because they add up and its hard to keep track of who has how many shots and who has collected and is ineligible. this morning i woke up all but dead on ML and my saving grace was a shot from anatoliy when i was sleeping on the stopwatch. friends who hunt and put you low is a great asset and having no life is another.
man i miss the lower levels where fear and respect for the other hunters kept the killers at bay. the higher level you get, the higher level of the asshole.erm..i mean hunters gets and it's getting harder everyday to keep on living.
i do set my phone alarm to go off a minute before i tick up to 20 health, just like people did in the old days to bank their cash.
gotta give shouts out to lumpia as well as extropo who also do a lot to help when i sleep for both of those hours per day.

I usually put people on the list as of late that have about 3 plus hits on me when I'm on the list. I'll throw a few trillion on them to slow them down from killing me.  Also, I have been putting a lot of vamps on the list as well since they seem to not like me in there little covens at the top, so they put me on slayers so I put them right back with more than they put me on for

You gotta watch out fat bastard! Willy Wonks likes to hit a few times and disappear for a few hours then resurface later to finish u off.  I swear he has an excel sheet tracking each of his marks.
